To take toddler to scan?

I need an ultrasound next week. As I have a few problems and on letter is specifically says children are not allowed in whilst scan is being done

She is 2 I can put her in pushchair. I have no one that can Have her at all.

Husband is working and I don't have parents

So my options are not to go or take her and just explain . If I rearrange it there is no guarantee that husband won't be working as he is ambulance shifts.

What would you do

Phoned and they said it's down to the person doing the scan. However if I explain that I have knownody they are usually fine as long as child is contained e.g. Push chair, pram etc and not running around

She said they may make you reschedule but unlikely as it's only one child in her buggy

So take the chance

Hes definitely join sitters.com, you need a resource for not only times like this but also if you just want to go out without the kids!

My DD sat in push chair while I had a needle biopsy once. Hospital were fine with it. Ring them and ask is best advice.

My hospital sends out letters saying no children, but I've been for my pregnancy scans and there have been children present. I assume it's probably to stop everyone turning up with all and sundry if they don't need to
