AIBU if I start cutting the grass at 8.30am?

Day out planned. Forecast is rain in the afternoon before we're back. Showers then for the rest of the week.

AIBU if I get the grass cut this morning? What time would be too early? (For reference, the estate is mainly older couples, but our direct neighbours are both away at the moment).

I live on a golf course. The greenkeepers start cutting the grass at 5.30am. 8.30am is positively tardy!

Where I live (not UK) people can (and do) start making a noise at 7am. 8.30 sounds more than reasonable to me.

We are having landscaping done and they start at 7.30am every day.

830 is fine - surely most people are at work by then?

As a person with a sleep disorder who works well into the night and sleeps very late into the morning (and into the afternoon on weekends), I can tell you that even I don't give a toss when somebody cuts the grass at that time. YANBU.

I'd say 8:30 is fine any day tbh. None of my social circle work mon-fri anyway. Whatever day/time you do it someone will be annoyed Grin
