I'm due to have a baby in November, and I wondered if anyone has advice of things to buy that were an absolute must have when you were giving birth/ settling into life with a baby at home?

Perhaps things that I wouldn't initially think of, but couldn't live without, and would then have to make a trip out to buy them.
I like to be as organised as possible!

(Sorry, I know this isn't strictly AIBU, but posting for traffic!)

Thank you!

My son was November born and although we had a few smart outfits for trips out (I loved dungarees with bodysuits underneath) he largely lived in nice babygros at home - he had a few little cardigans/jackets to wear over them if it was chilly.

Agree that you really don't need many baby hats (I mean indoor hats, not winter hats). We were given loads but hardly used them.

'Sock-ons' are a godsend for keeping tiny socks on with outfits. They come in different colours too so easy to coordinate.

A NoseFrida for bunged up baby nose. Amazon Prime is essential in our house.
