I'm very boring I'm afraid, I just keep popping back to see if CFNs have made an appearance, if anyone else like a builder has made an appearance, if Watt has had any communication from the freeholder, or from her solicitor, or anyone else.

After wading through pages of stuff that have no relevance to the issue, am I correct in thinking there is no new info since thread #9?

Would also like this info Gran I certainly dont have time to wade through all the stuff in these threads. I did care about 6000 posts ago. Now? Not so much.

Agree @Baggy. Clearly some people aren't on the Official Wattyy/CFN coach tour and have set off by themselves. Without even agreeing on the coach songs and Cohen v Buckley.

We're still waiting for Wattyy's update and we want to know ....

• when are the remedial works to start?
• who are the CFN and CFBs? Don't need to know names but general descriptions apart from CFs - eg, where are they from and WHY did they think they could get away with it?
• has SpanGran gone home?
• can Wattyy add all her missing time/phone calls/garden redesign to the bill for the CFN and how much is it and who pays?
• can we all add our hours? the world's productivity level has clearly tumbled because of this.

I'm not really here. Really I have my head in spreadsheets and contracts. Honest.

Gran, HUme n any others who find it too boring to read all the posts, why don't you go to Customise and then tick the thing about highlightinthe OP's posts? Then you can see them at a glance.

Or alternatively, do a normal page search on the OP's name? Then you can just click Next and go straight to the next iteration, and then the next iteration and so on.

It seems a lttle rude to come on a thread oplaining that it's boring or you can't be bothered to all the people on it, otherwise, you see.

Clarification For Anyone Confused:
Bare, relevant, Real Life, up-to-date facts:

• Watty/ OP + Planning + Heritage (Conservation?) met Friday.

• Outcome very successful.

• Heritage (Conservation?) tracing Cheeky Fucker Neighbours, and ordering them to remove doors & reinstate window to original standard.

• Heritage (Conservation?) to oversee work.

• CFNs to pay fine (estimated around £10k).

• CFNs/ CFBuilders have not reappeared. No personal contact made with Watty/OP.

• Watty spent weekend relaxing with SpanGran & friend.

• Watty was told to expect a follow-up progress report/ plan of action, from Planning/ Heritage (Conservation?) update today.

• *Rest of thread mostly supportive, positive, light-hearted distraction and banter etc...many scroll straight through, others dip in and out off, some of us follow in full. Take your pick as to your own preference
