To not sell to this woman on FB and block her?

I sold a huge bundle of baby items on FB. Someone messaged me immediately and offered me half what I was asking, I said no as knew it was definitely worth more and we negotiated to a price
Next thing was she wanted to know what else id include for the price. Had I got any more toys, clothes, she was after a swimsuit etc. Said no it was just what was there.
Next she wanted me to deliver. I said no it was collection only. We arranged a time and I said I would send my address but I haven't done so yet.
She messaged me this morning to say she wanted to pay £10 less as she already has one of the items in the bundle. It was one of the smaller items there so definitely not worth a £10 reduction even if she didn't have it. I said no it was a bundle we'd agreed price etc. She then starts again about what else can I give her.
In the meantime two normal sounding people have messaged me and offered to collect the items.

I looked at her FB profile and she has over 3,500 friends which seems insane. I don't really want to give her my address and in the event she turns up I can see her either refusing to pay after she's got the items in the car or trying to knock me down on price and saying something is wrong with the items (nothing wrong at all with any of them). I will be on my own as dh works away a lot.

WIBU to say sorry we aren't selling anymore and then just block her? She has been so weirdly persistent and demanding. This morning she just kept putting the lower price and sending me over and over!

Rule One of Online Selling: As soon as someone starts messing you around, have no further communication with them
Rule Two of Online Selling: You owe no one any favours
Rule Three of Online Selling: Don't be a moron or a mug
Rule Four of Online Selling: Repeat rules One through Three

Decided to sell to another buyer who is offering the asking price and collecting. Have a nice day. Block.

PurpleMinionMummy · 01/08/2017 12:24

She's a CF. Block, sell to someone else and I'd tell the fb page admin too. I bet she does it a lot.

Joey7t8 · 01/08/2017 12:28

3000 friends is suspicious. I'd not deal with her and block on that basis alone!!

MargotLovedTom1 · 01/08/2017 12:29

Yep, block her and sell to a different normal person. In the past when I've sold things on FB I've sometimes arranged to meet at a retail park to hand over and be paid because I haven't wanted them to know where I live. Obviously doesn't work with big items though.

EnriqueTheRingBearingLizard · 01/08/2017 12:32

Say 'unfortunately as you are unwilling to meet the terms of my sale offer we are unable to agree any transaction'
Definitely report her to admin and then block her.

simon50 · 01/08/2017 12:33

Just say you have had an offer at the asking price.

londonrach · 01/08/2017 12:37

Ive blocked buyers. Remove advert. Block her so she never sees your items again.

TheMaddHugger · 01/08/2017 12:39

There is a good chance she is reselling them for profit. Definitely tell the admin of that FB page
Block the wench !

Screenshot and block.
There are lots of people of FB haggling down bundles to next to nothing or getting the free stuff from freecycle style groups and then reselling the items individually whilst hassling the original seller for a refund.

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 01/08/2017 12:53

Block ... and breathe !
You are doing the right thing.

FilledSoda · 01/08/2017 12:53

Don't forget she is giving you no head space at all, she will have 20 of these on the go.
