Pretty sure they've spent a couple of hours today drafting a cover letter and emailing recruiters on work time - in the disguise of an office email e.g copied into outlook to edit.
Not really sure if/how I can approach this, as I just turned around to talk to them and spotted it on the screen. Then again multiple times after.
I actually sypathise as I've been looking recently, but not drafting applications in work!
Its frustrating, as I'm trying really hard atm to get the individual a fair promotion. Which is nigh on impossible in this place (hence job hunt and sympathy). It's hard managing in a poorly managed workplace 
Unless I can prove the actions or that it's affecting their work, I just have to leave it really, don't I?
