Told you that PP wouldn't have been given! MAke sure you continue to keep an eye on things a report any customers still using the business etc. If he continues, the Council can serve an Enforcement Notice which if he breaches can result in fines.

It's a shame that his business has been closed down, but entirely his (and his employee's) fault and responsibility. If he had asked nicely and behaved well then this would have played out very differently. Silly silly man.

Excellent outcome! I agree you should definitely keep an eye on them though. The CFN doesn't strike me as the type to simply accept being told what they can and can't do! If they had that much front with using your drive... who knows what they'll try and pull now.

As an aside, I took my friends dog to a wonderful private groomer, who had a little building in her friends back garden. I was told on booking to park with consideration to the neighbours.As I would have done anyway!!

The chain is proving to be a pain in the arse for everytime I want to go out, I now have a faff bit it's doing the job.

CFN has advanced to Fuckwit Level : Master.

Yesterday as I came home from work and saw his wife's car on our NDN's drive. NDN has gone on holiday for a week (left Monday) parked his car on his two car drive and CFN is obviously playing up.

We have a key to their house and numbers for an emergency but I texted with a photo saying "Guess what ?"

Their son came around and got the police involved !

Ha ha ha my god, this man just doesn't quit!
