So i haven't been in a relationship for over 4 years. A little bit lonely and sex starved. What do you do in between relationships? Is no strings sex acceptable for a woman in her 40s these days?!

Confidence would have a lot to do with it, if I see a man I like in the bar, I will look over a few times and see if he's looking across too, I am pretty confident anyway but add a couple of glasses of wine and if I like the look of the man I will go over, introduce myself, have a chat, I always give my number and don't take there's.. always say something crappy like you have my number, if you want to message me you can.
