This is disgusting, but what the actual fuck is wrong with this? What cream does it need?
Doctor? Nurse? Pharmacist?

I am a little overweight at the moment actually since DS and have been wearing new jeans which cut off at belly button so have been rubbing a bit... tried to avoid soaping it directly in the shower this morning and just used warm water and have put canisten on as a precaution and will see pharmacist if not cleared up in a few days. Thanks

Looks to be fungal related. I've had it before. You can ask a pharmacist or see a dermatologist to make sure. Does it burn?

for fungal infections you can also try lotion fungal spray
