Me: i lost my job.
Her : giggle
me: my car has something wrong with it.
Hee: giggle
me: My class were gaed work today.
Her: giggle.

Friend who used to turn up at mine with a bottle of wine and her child every time she and her boyfriend split up (which was often) and then she'd spend most of the evening on her phone . One night she'd been on the phone for so long that I just turned all the lights out except the lounge and went to bed.

I've got better friends now.
