What are your 16 year old's curfews?

I've been told that my 11pm curfew for my troubled 16 year old boy is far too early. I'm honestly shocked by this as I thought I was rather lenient! So curious as to how everyone else does it.

I have a 15 17 and 19 year old.. All sensible and we dont have a official curfew. Depends on who where what really. 11 pm on a weekend is early i think

well, I don't have a car, so its 10pm by public transport, and a monthly taxi allowance. if out later than 10pm, it needs to be agreed in advance, so I can make sure the money for taxi fare is available. if coming home in a taxi, no curfew. In practice this means maybe 2-3 times a month after midnight, other times in by 10pm.

I gave a 15 and 18 yr olds. They don't do much on school nights that needs a curfew later than 10. Apart from that, each event is discussed and agreed. Neither of them really go out for the sake of it though and are normally at home on weeknights anyway.

My nearly 17yo DS no longer has a curfew.
Our reasoning is he works hard all week, he doesn't really go out during the week and he's a pretty sensible lad with a good sense of self preservation and a good circle of friends. If that wasn't the case then I would be more strict with him

I have a 15 year old DS. He goes to school in a city about 45 minutes away. On a school night if going to a friend's house or school club etc he needs to be home by 7:30 to get homework/guitar practice done. At the weekends and holidays he's limited by the train schedule and the last one leaves a bit after 11 so he's home by midnight - don't think he's ever stayed out that late though. Usually he'll sleep at a friend's house if out or be back by early evening.
