Annual school reports. Do you trust them?

Are they reliable and accurate? Do they reflect your child journey in the school? What's your experience?

This year's copy&paste job had failed to change the name all the way through - slight give away

My son brought home his report last week. It was dramatically different from his mid year report, so much so that I made an appointment to see his learning manager. Turns out it was wrong, teachers have been copying grades across from spreadsheets. Outcome is report being rewritten, so, no I don't trust them at all

I love the school reports and find them really helpful (ours includes examples of things we could work on over the holidays).
