No price too high - bankruptcy, Hubby hanged himself through the shame, now living in a B&B or women's refuge, kids only eat a hot meal once a week.... but little Johnny goes to a wonderful Nursery .

it's an advert, they are trying to guilt trip parents into paying their huge fees, don't worry about it and choose a nursery on merit! There are plenty of good ones at "normal" prices.
