For background I'm 17 weeks pregnant and tonight I put a hot water bottle to my back to ease it. Well, the bottle burst and went all over my back. The water wasn't boiling but it was near enough. I don't want to waste the their time if I could just put some frozen peas to it.

Keep it cool, wet tea towels etc. Not freezing but tepid. Please don't put any cream on it whatsoever or honey!

You should keep reapplying until the heat goes out of it. See how it is in the morning but as someone said, anything bigger than your hand should be seen.

Why would anyone put honey on it? Shock

I hope you feel better soon OP. A close up photo if you have anyone to take one might be helpful.

Yes, it should be seen as it is bigger than your palm but if it was me I would wait for the morning but it's hard to tell from the photo.

Not just honey U2 manuka honey. V special, obvs because it's more middle class and expensive than cool water normal honey. You clearly know nothing about first aid...
#lighthearted etc.

Tbf manuka honey is very good for certain things but definitely not burns! Nothing should be put on a burn unless it's tepid water or advised by a medical bod.

Get in the shower OP and stay there!
