To go round and let her know?

Last night our neighbour went out leaving her 16 year old to have a party. The music was loud and thumping and ruined our BBQ, there were beer bottles chucked over our fence, the smell of cannabis smoke was so strong we could smell it in our lounge (at which point I went and told the girl to cut it out and she did apologise), there was a suspicious car coming and going and the kids were coming out handing money to the driver in return for packages, there were kids hanging around on the green smoking weed and inhaling nitrous oxide from balloons and there was another car up the road a bit and they were coming out, hanging round outside it and taking pictures of the occupants. Do I go round and tell my neighbour what was happening?

However, there is a risk of death as a lack of oxygen can occur when using nitrous oxide. This risk is likely to be greater if the gas is consumed in an enclosed space or if a substantial amount is rapidly used.

Copied from FRANK website.

But it's ok, they were only having fun... Hmm

I had a word with mum over the fence. She was fine about it and really apologetic and thanked me for going round. There were cream canisters around this morning. It was some uninvited guests. Her mum had only been down the road apparently but the kid hadn't wanted to get in to trouble by ringing her. She didn't partake of anything herself and mum has said no more parties so no harm done. I may still give the reg number of the car to police though.

Hope your not too offended that I made the point again.

Hmm

If they were inhaling from balloons, that will be helium. You inhale nitrous oxide from the small silver canisters that are used in whipped cream dispensers

LOL Grin no it won't, it's nitrous oxide.

Who inhales helium at a party unless they're >10?!
