Bridesmaid dress SOS (my dress doesn't fit anymore!)

Eek dress SOS . Shamelessly posting for traffic!

I've been asked to be a friend's bridesmaid for her wedding at the beginning of August.

We bought my dress a couple of months ago, so I thought I'd try it on earlier today to see whether it still fits well.

Only problem is... it won't do up!!

Any advice Mumsnetters on how I can make the dress fit?!

Is AF due in the next few days? It could be fluid retention.
