What are the chances my DS will catch chicken pox?

My son has had contact with a child who has come out in chicken pox today, the problem is we are due to fly in 10 days time. Please tell me stories of how your DC spent lots of time with an infected child but didn't catch it.

DH got the pox as a 40 something and DD cuddled and kissed him (and licked his spotty face, ew) and she didn't get it. So you just can't tell.

My two were in close contact with it a few times before actually catching it but it's just a waiting game.
