To ask people who have read Allen Carr Stop Smoking books

Hi All

Desperately trying to stop smoking (Mysef and dp) and keep finding reccomendations on Amazon for the Allen Carr - easyway to stop smoking.

I just wondered if anyone had any stories (success or otherwise) they could share with me?

I got the one for women and dp the one for blokes fingers crossed but It is deffo time!

Read the book cover to cover in a day. Went from 20/day for 15+ years to zero, no withdrawal, and haven't looked at a cig since, and that was eight years ago. And I was a complete sceptic. A real life-changer for me.

Has anyone read Allen carr boot camp book quitting again? Don't want to read the same book but need to get back in that frame of mind.
