Seriously, it's not big and it's not clever ...

OP posts:
limitedperiodonly · 02/07/2017 19:45

Many people get threads deleted on here these days for no better reason than they have been twats. I like the idea of a place where their total twattishness is preserved forever

SemiNormal · 02/07/2017 19:51

I had no idea it existed. Off for a look...

TequilaSunshine · 02/07/2017 19:54

I've never seen that twitter feed and just looked at it. It is utter shite

Erm..... it's exactly the same as here - except the OP is a screenshot.
Someone asks AIBU, others comment yay or nay.

FUNM · 02/07/2017 19:54

The person running the account is a bit slack since this thread hasn't even been screenshotted yet and tweeted tut tut bet they have been on the Gordon's lol

JeffVadersMum · 02/07/2017 19:54

no idea what you are talking about....

StoorieHoose · 02/07/2017 19:55

If you don't like what they are posting on Twitter then call them out on it ON TWITTER all you have done by posting here is to increase their followers.

TBF most of the threads they tweet about deserve some ridicule

JeffVadersMum · 02/07/2017 19:57

doh - its mumsnet madness! ignore me

Trills · 02/07/2017 20:00

I think it's funny

MrBobDobalina · 02/07/2017 20:01

Why do they keep retweeting their own tweets? Hmm

RaspberryBeretHoopla · 02/07/2017 20:09

nostalgia

VladmirsPoutine · 02/07/2017 20:16

I think it's funny. MN can always often seem a rather bizarre place at times.

ManyManyShoes · 02/07/2017 20:17

I just looked and it is funny! And I must say some threads here can be very cruel.

Stopnamechanging · 02/07/2017 20:20

All it does is screenshot posts, clever to get 17k followers from doing that

Guitargirl · 02/07/2017 20:25

Have had a quick look. Seems a bit pointless to have a Twitter account which is just screenshots of a website which, um, people can just go to directly. Confused

Bubblesagain · 02/07/2017 20:25

All it seems to do is post screen shots Confused I don't get the issue.

WhatToDoAboutThis2017 · 02/07/2017 20:25

Oh I love Mumsnet Madness Grin

Trills · 02/07/2017 20:27

I take it you don't spend a lot of time on Twitter?

Guitargirl · 02/07/2017 20:44

Am just confused as that account just seems like a screenshot/quote amalgamation and that's literally all. Not even any commentary - funny or otherwise. Anyway, must appeal to some I s'pose.

LooksBetterWithAFilter · 02/07/2017 20:51

You've been screen shotted and posted op.
I have often wondered if that's how zombie threads get resurrected because they often post ones that are years old so people see hem there come here and search and drag them up again.

Trills · 02/07/2017 20:52

I'd class it as curation.

"I've read Mumsnet and found the posts where people sound most silly and unreasonable, and put them in one place for your reading pleasure".

Because most threads are not that amusing.

DailyMailReadersAreThick · 02/07/2017 21:06

I'd never heard of this and having a good laugh at some of the threads I've never seen.

JeffVadersMum · 02/07/2017 21:32

How do you see the comments?

BuzzKillington · 02/07/2017 21:39

I cant see a problem.

EdmundCleverClogs · 02/07/2017 21:48

I love Mumsnet Madness! I'd already be following them if I was signed up for twitter. Sometimes I miss the more bonkers threads around here, so it's a quick way to find them. This place is like the twilight zone at times, no harm in having a giggle about it. There's a far bigger issue with certain 'newspapers' taking serious and potentially upsetting stories from here and using them like a cheaper version of Take a fucking Break.

SumThucker · 02/07/2017 21:55

I'd never heard of it before this thread. I think it's funny.
