AIBU to think that it would be better to print ALL the drawings on the children's calendar, not the just competition winners?

We are running a children's drawing competition, the 12 winning entries get made into a calendar, which is sold to raise funds. Kids' ages 3-10.
I think it would be a good idea if the main page for each month was the winning drawing, and then the others were printed small next to it. That way you'd have a winner, but also every child would feel included (and the parents more motivated to buy the calendar which is the whole sodding point).
Yes or No? Am I being utterly flaky and kids need to learn about being LOSERS and that their drawing skills are shite at an early age?

If the aim is to raise money, then it seems like a good idea. I would be unlikely to buy a calendar with random kids' drawings bit would if mine had a drawing in it.

You just need to make sure the small drawings are distinguishable. That might result in higher printing costs somay be our may not make it worth your while.

It's not about the competition but the sales, I agree. One can't resist buying one's own child's work - and a copy each for the grandparents...

You could have the picture page being half the winner and the other half a collage of the other entries. If possible put each picture on its artist's birthday month?

More people would buy the calendar, but how many "losing" pictures are there going to be? More than about 12 per page and I think they'd be too small to really see and then you'll get complaints of "I paid £5 for my child's picture and all I can see is this little smudge" style.
