I'm house/puppy sitting for a friend and I've totally fallen in love with her dog. I've never had a pet and have never really understood how people get so attached to theirs until now.

Can I demand joint custody? Ask for visitation rights?

Or just stick to looking at cute puppy pictures on the internet?
