Sensibly he didn't enter the leadership contest, gave up his seat (which is vanishing anyway) and will come back to politics once Brexit is over and he can't be blamed for it!

It is our taxes or student's fees that are paying any expenses that this position incurs, so we can rightly criticise the appointment of Gideon Osbourne. He walked away or hid from anything that was difficult and so is not a good example to students.
