Maybe he's more conscious of "optics" than trump? Still, I'd have thought he needed one ages ago.

It feels like many, many threads ago that we were discussing whether he'd be found guilty of lying (and whether that'd have any implications). Now it seems inconsequential, but the fact that he brazenly and repeatedly lied about not knowing Flynn was tainted should still be shocking
