To not like the leg jiggler on the train?

First post on mumsnet so keeping this lighthearted.

I commute to London everyday for work and I'm on a train back home now. But unfortunately I've got a leg jiggler sat next to me. It's annoying me as I can feel the jiggling and I want him to stop. The train is full so I don't want to lose my seat either so cannot get off. Train etiquettes do not allow speaking to strangers so how can I get him to stop? Sigh.

Could be worse, he could be a knee spreader. There can't be an excuse for knee spreading on a train surely?

if your sitting next to my husband just put your hand on his knee until he stops jigging and then carry on doing what your doing.

My husband does this for absolutely no reason at all. Bash him on the foot and shout "stop" which he does, then starts again 2 minutes later. Makes me want to stick pins in him !

I'm a leg jiggler too - Asperger's (and restless legs too at times). I try not to do it in a situation where someone else might feel it but....

I am a leg juggler who comes from a long line of leg jigglers.

I also do it more when I am an anxious. I know it annoys others but sometimes I can't stop it.

My dear Dad did this he was never anxious in his life but then his nephew came over from Canada and they both sat on my couch and did this ha ha I then realised it must be some sort of genetic tick! cut him some slack please, could be a lot worse.
