Daily Mail and each day I read a story from this site they have reported.

Since we now seem to have a direct line to the Daily Mail, what would you like them to stop reporting about?

Mine is calling every bum they see Peachy...

I'd love them to stop being such a fascist, hate-filled, racist, homophobic, benefits-bashing, woman-hating bunch of utter cunts, predominantly read by people in their 60s and upwards, in my local coffee shop, who sit there tutting and nodding along with it as if the 'news' in it is 'factual' and they're not having to issue apologies like they're going out of fashion.

Ain't gonna happen.

I made a thread recently about hand washing. In my opening post, I wrote 'fuck the daily mail' to stop them copying it. It didn't work though, they still copied it (without my post, just the replies)

I'm on my phone, so can't link.

QueenoftheAndals · 30/05/2017 13:01

Talk of each and every teen starlet looking "all grown up" - it's just fucking creepy.

liquidrevolution · 30/05/2017 13:02

I literally wet myself reading the thread in housekeeping where everyone inserted insults into the text to stop the DM cutting and pasting.

user1482079332 · 30/05/2017 13:03

Posed up a storm

myusernameisgeneric · 30/05/2017 13:04

Heres a thought don't read the hate filled rag.

ItsAYesFromMe · 30/05/2017 13:06

The other week they had not very flattering pics of Jacquline Jossard (not sure how it's spelled) but anyway, Lauren from Eastenders. The comments from readers were all, 'she's put on weight' etc
This week, 'Jacqueline Jossard flaunts her toned abs'
So is she toned or overweight or does it just depend on which photos you choose to print??
Apologies to Jacqueline, not singling her out. They do it to every female celeb.

shaggedthruahedgebackwards · 30/05/2017 13:12

I would love it if DM online stopped printing obviously unflattering and unsolicited photos of famous people which are clearly only there to generate cruel readers' comments

GirlOverboard · 30/05/2017 13:18

Fewer stories from Mumsnet/Reddit etc. Because they're not news and they're mostly stupid stories. Less of the Kardashians and Royal Family. Less negativity towards the BBC. Fewer 'social experiment' videos from Youtubers. Fewer 'cute animal' stories/videos. Aside from that (and their political views) I think the Mail Online is a great news site.

MOIST · 30/05/2017 13:31

Stop calling grown women 'girls'. It is belittling, disempowering and really annoying.

MaisyPops · 30/05/2017 13:35

I'd just like it if they did NEWS rather than celebrity gossip and racist/sexist opinion pieces.

NightWanderer · 30/05/2017 13:35

Side boob stories. They have at least 3 a day.

Efferlunt · 30/05/2017 13:39

Think everyone should change their usernames to something like Mailreadersarescum. Then they won't be able to quote from the thread. "One user "mailreadersarescum" advised the poster that..."

Figaro2017 · 30/05/2017 13:40

They take stories from here because they know where a lot of their readership comes from!

Mummmy2017 · 30/05/2017 14:04

I thought they took threads from here just to fill their pages, cheap shots, and it's so funny how they make it sound worse than it is.

Sometime I really miss the News of the world. The paper version would have adored the internet, all the vicars up to no good... and us mums eating the kids sweets and hiding the wrappers.

Oh and EVERY DAY there is a new Diana story!

FFS how long can they drag it out for!
