AIBU to be extremely pissed off at this family 'friend' and her MLM?

I'm so angry at a message I just received but my pregnancy hormones could be affecting my judgment.
Quick background, I'm 22 weeks pregnant and have slipped a disk meaning I'm on bed rest until my baby can be delivered by c section at 34 weeks. On top of that I have a 3 yo and 15 mo and my husband works long hours as a chef so is out of the house day time and evening. Family memevers have dropped Every thing to look after my children as I can't do anything off them or be left alone with them as I can't pick them up etc. This has been going on for 4 weeks now and it's obviously bringing me down as I can't look after my children and I'm wishing my pregnancy away because I want to get better (I will have my back operated on as soon as the baby is born and i should be back to normal after 4 ish weeks).
Any way today I received a message from a family friend who does Forever living. She hasn't contacted me since this whole thing started. The message says "Hi I hope you are feeling better. If you are bored I could come and do my forever buisness presentation for you".
That was it, AIBU to what to scream? I haven't replied as I don't want to get into an argument.
