To think Michael Ball is just lovely

He had a really nasty parachute accident in his youth that left him with lasting injuries, and meant he couldn't become a father.

I absolutely love Michael Ball. I have seen him quite a few times in concert and he is so entertaining and warm, like John Barrowman. I love him too.

Love him - he comes across so well on his radio 2 show and seems like a genuinely decent bloke. His repertoire of work is super impressive and yet it doesn't seem to have gone to his head at all.

I know he has been in a happy relationship with Cathy from Ready Steady Go for a long time and that she saved him from a house fire.

I first saw Michael Ball about 30s at the barbican in a tribute to ALW and Tim Rice with Marty Webb. I hadnt heard of him but his twinkly blue eyes shone. It was a lovely night. Not long after he was on tv everywhere as the announced Aspect od Love. Seen him a few times since and even dd 19 has been converted.

He is a excitable but so beautiful and sensitive. I fell in love with him years ago when he did 'A Taste Of My Life' with Nigel Slater. Lovely man. Loves his family. And yes, I know I am not his type

I am also a massive fan of Victoria Wood and loved That day we sang. Utter bliss.

He's a bit of a knob IRL, sadly. Very patronising and rude to waiters.

Have you heard Barrowman when he flips into a Scottish accent. Weird.

I love Michael Ball. So so much. I also love that he was so open about his mental health at a time when many men weren't. He's lovely and cuddly and I just adore adore him.

Most of his music is not to my taste but he comes across as a person who is excellent at what he does.

I fell for him when he was Marius in Les Miserables in the '80's. Sigh.

Oh I love Michael Ball! A friend of a friend is his niece & one Christmas when he was visiting they had a sing song & the neighbours asked them to turn down the Michael Ball CD!

Also big fan of his in hairspray - really magical experience seeing him in that role he really owned it

He lives near me and I've seen him often in the local town. Local rumour has it that he is indeed very pleasant

He is lovely! He used to sit in on some of the Big Brother extra programmes, back when BB was still popular, and he was so funny and cutting. Really like him.

Have see quite a few posts saying the opposite on here before but always stick up for him. They're clearly a bad judge of character.

Ah no, she's his long term partner. practically married though.
