I need more ideas. Like a lot of people I just range from probably about 10 dishes or less over and over, week in week out..

My dinners range from:
Homemade Chinese chicken satay\curry
Spaghetti bolognaise (homemade sauce)
Quesadillas
Mushroom risotto
Roast dinner
Bacon and cabbage with mash and parsley sauce and veg (my fave)
Sausages mash and bisto gravy
Seafood pie

I really struggle, fail to ever eat cold salad type dinners... I find them so unappetising.

Anyone else like that but seem to like certain types of salad?!?!?

More ideas please!

cantfindname I have done that one! I got Mary Berry's latest book and it is in there. It is delish. I have done several recipes from there now. The teriyaki chicken stir fry is pretty good too

Ooh love the tread always after new recipe ideas I love cooking!!

We have lots of 'go to favourites' too similar to your list...

• Spaghetti Bolognese/Lasagne
• Stir Fry
• Roast
• Chicken and Chorizo
• Shepards/Cottage Pie
• Curry
• Fajitas
....ect

Does get a little norm. I always at least once a week like to change it up/new recipe/themed nights.

So this week we had a mexican sort of night...lots of nachos with all the lovely dips. Made some bbq ribs/spiced chicken breasts/coleslaw/spicy cobs/spicy sweet potato fries/wraps/bowl of cooked peppers onion mushrooms.
Also love tapas/curry/chicken themed nights lots of different dishes whacked out to dining table. Kids love as help grab your faves yourself job Smile

I find the Tesco recipe website fab!! Try to find 1 new recipe p/w. Type one/two ingredients into search bar and brings up so many suggestions and ideas. Also users owns recipes.

One of our my all time favourite discovery on their recipes was a Beef/Chorizo/Chilli (slow cooked in tomato based sauce) Wraps with avocado salsa..absolute divine and lovely for summer!!

Will follow with interest and a notebook and pen, rumbling belly & licking lips

roasted sweet potato, butternut squash (in bitesize chunks) with fried pancetta cubes, red onion and mixed seeds. All tossed together with some pesto dressed pasta, watercress and feta.

Yum tactic!

The closest I've ever got to halloumi was serving it in a restaurant years ago, I'd have no idea where to even find it
Confused Errrmmmm.... how about .... a supermarket?

SugarnetMum · 11/05/2017 23:21

There are plenty of aisles in a supermarket.

Sure. But I doubt there are miles of aisles after aisles of cheese in your supermarket...
