To ask you to show me your garden seating areas?

Pretty please!

We are planning a seating area, a nook (can't currently justify a summer room).

What funky things have you got going on?

TIA

Nothing to show but hoping others will. So bump.

My tablet is charging so I sadly can't but will describe it.

I have a patio area covered in plants in brightly coloured pots. The fence/gate is a sagey green with vintage find signs which I collect screwed to them. I have a pub garden type bench which I painted pink, distressed and waxed. Also have brightly coloured spotty bunting. And there's old lanterns with candles hanging around, I think there's three in total.

Also have a gravelly area with a swing seat with solar lights attached and a hammock, which is orange. Lots of trees hanging over head and there's two stupidly fat pigeons who seem to have adopted me.

Aldo have another tiny patio area on the other side with more plants and pots and a purple door which leads nowhere.

Also have some brightly coloured garden brollys.

Patio is kind of dull. Debating borrowing some small children, giving them some E numbers and chalk and letting them do their thing. Then maybe varnish it.

No pics as outing, but mine is a patio with a dark rattan table and six chairs, cream umbrella, and lots of pot plants round about. Thinking of doing a brick roofed gazebo round the other side with an out door sofa and fire pit.

KingJeffory that sounds amazing! Please post some photos when you get the chance

King- that sounds like my sort of garden. I love colours and quirky things, finding new uses for someone's old tat! Would love to see photos if you can! Pinterest is currently my best friend.

Bluntness, that's what I have in my head- I want an iron 'canopy' (that'll sparkle with fairy lights but I don't want a permanent feature. Hmmmmmm, decisions decisions.

Just realised how unhelpful that comment was

We have a hexagonal gazebo which stands on a hexagonal raised paved area. We have brown and cream rattan garden furniture underneath and loads of fairy lights along the curved parts at the top. There's different coloured pots around the edges and some solar lights too.

We also have a circular BBQ hut with circular seating area at the bottom of the garden surrounding a brick built raised fire pit which doubles as a BBQ.

We have just finished building a decking and love it so far. Great little space for bbq, dining and sun loungers in the day Smile
