I'm guessing that IABU as I have become so wrapped up in this and can't see it from an outsider perspective...

I spend 4 days a week at home including the weekend.

I live on a fairly quiet road. Well it is quiet apart from the absolute fuck head in the house opposite. EVERY day he comes out at about 10am then proceeds to use electrical power tools on his absolute piece of shit car sat on his drive.

He's had this heap of junk for fucking months but apparently it needs endless sanding or welding or whatever the fuck he's doing. It is never ending. All day. From 10 till about 5.

I'm guessing he has every right to be doing that as it's his house / drive and it isn't at unreasonable hours. So do I just have to accept that this is the daytime soundtrack to my home life now?

If he doesn't respond to a polite hello, id not bother with a friendly chat either, just report.

Llama, in a previous place I had neighbours who just denied their dog barked when they were out - argh!
