I'm sorry I don't feel very optimistic today.

I'm sorry you feel like this 🙁 So, let's help you feel less like this?! 😊 Obviously a magic bullet so that actually you don't give a flying fuck what people think would be ideal...when I find some, I'll let you know! The first question is, do you FEEL unhappy & lonely, or do you just think other people think you'll feel unhappy & lonely?

I sometimes feel bad that I don't want to see people & do things, but I don't feel bad that I'm not. I LIKE being home and not having to go out. If it was just me I could happily go weeks without going out! Sadly life conspires against that!

Some not so close friends don't get that, so when they ask what I'm doing I'll just be very vague. 'Oh loads, you know what it's like! So much to do it'll be great to have an extra day!' ask them what they're doing...job done!

But if you actually feel lonely & unhappy I'm sure we can help with that too 🌷

ohtheholidays 🌷🌸. I'm sorry things are generally so difficult for you, and now you've got your sodding period. My body is acting like I'm due, but I'm not. No idea what's going on. I hope the weekend turns out nicer than you're anticipating.

I usually make a point of doing feck all on long weekends as we are all out of the hour so much.

We do pop out but we don't plan big days out.

I can get like this so I get it . I'm exhausted at the moment with one thing or the other and watching the pennies so can't afford big days out . Have a lot going on at the moment to and so it feels like a long slog trying to keep everyone happy / occupied plus get the mundane stuff done . Had days over Easter like this and don't feel like I get a minute to myself sometimes ! Having said that as it happens its Dc weekend at dads and won't be back untill Monday, I do have work to do but also am now feeling I wish We could enjoy a family weekend . I'm never bloody happy
