He has caught me off guard today with lots and lots of splatty poos. We are on holiday and have been out and busy - the poos also don't bloody smell!

This afternoon his bum looked sore after I found a poo that had been left too long. Changed him and put on lots of nappy cream. Have gone to do his nappy for bed and there's another poo which has made the already sore bum horrendously sore.

I've bathed it and tried to give him some air. I've put yellow cream on it as that was the best cream I found with DS2. Anything else I can do before bed/tomorrow?

I would say possible fungal nappy rash, try canisten for a week (even if it improves after a few days). Especially with the blisters, that indicates thrush type nappy rash.

As above check allergies first. But egg white works wonders. Wash and dry bum, them apply egg white all over dry off with cool hairdryer, repeat and put nappy on. Do at every change and will be cleared in a couple of days. Its miraculous but works so quick.
