AIBU to loathe the Royal Family

The way the media is so gushing about everything Wills, Kate and Harry do, just been watching the evening news, there is a story about Wills and Kate doing a radio broadcast, makes me want to vomit..
And the issues about mental health - really? Do we need Royal 'endorsement' just to get more funding?

I can't actually remember who taught history at Kingscote (do we ever know?) but Crommie, given her crisp account of the Balfour Treaty etc, would probably have something to say about the Norman conquest.

And then give everyone quarreling about it a bread-and-butter reading list we were on our honour to complete before we went back to reading Mary Renault and Hornblower...
