Does anyone else think Bing is supposed to have special needs? His behavior seems "younger" than his peers. Aibu? Reading too much into it? In need of a life?!

Hey Duggee is where it's at in this house. It's the only thing that will make DS stand still for long enough to change his nappy. He comes over with a huge grin and a stinking bum, and makes a swipe for my phone (it's the only time he has the tv on as he's still so young)
