I'd play in soft play like a flash!

I went to Las Vegas last year and visited the Downtown Container Park.
After 9pm the tree house and playground is open to over 21s! Live music, booze and gourmet hotdogs. And a massive fire breathing preying mantis. Vegas baby!

I took the kids to a flip out trampoline park and OMG I SUFFERED after. But I was showing offf doing jumps in the air and bouncing on my bum and jumping up again. Pelvic floor was like a rock though 👍👍

There's a soft play in Nottingham that does adult sessions.

I'd love adult softplay! I'm turning one end of the lounge in our house into an indoor play place - so far got a trapeze and a climbing rope plus a ladder to nowhere and have ordered wall bars and will hang things from one set of bars to the other to crawl along and have a balance beam we just need to screw into the floor. I say its for 6 year old DD but its really for me

High Ropes courses are brilliant though, absolutely love them.

There's a soft play in Swansea that does adult only evenings.

I want to try one of those harnessed bungee-lite things. I've always thought these should be available to adults!

I've heard of some places having a soft play for adults sessions, but unfortunately none near me otherwise I'd love to sit in a pit of balls and throw them at DH's head and then clamber up the slides/through the tunnels....
We have a trampoline park near us that has adult keep fit trampolining sessions. I'd LOVE to go to as it sounds awesome, but unfortunately I daren't go as I've had kids and my pelvic floor is shot to *t , lol
