Over easy is in particular fried eggs where you turn them over to make sure the white it all cooked.

As opposed to "sunny side up", which are prettier but a little harder to keep the yolk runny while cooking the white all the way through.

I'm Irish and where I'm from we use 'ye' (pronounced yeee) as a plural for you

Whadayagot?

That's a very fair assessment, Hearts Smile

Thanks for that makeourfuture. So we should be looking to The Godfather or The Sopranos rather than The West Wing Grin? I found this link: english.stackexchange.com/questions/87570/how-widely-accepted-is-what-do-you-got-to-americans

Fried eggs: sunny side up, over easy, over medium, and over hard. I like mine over medium, yolk semi-solid but still some runny bits. It's the trickiest to achieve.

Seneca over easy every time for me!

Crabb that website is so interesting.
