To ask you to name my business?

I remembered a thread fairly recently where you successfully found a name for a business selling garden screens (I think?), so I was hoping you lovely lot could think of one for me!

I would like to start an ice cream business. I will have a mobile cart so I can set up in markets, fairs, events, weddings etc. The ice cream is inspired by Thai ice cream, and it is also known as fried ice cream or ice cream rolls. It is made by pouring cream and various other bits e.g fruit or chocolate or biscuits etc onto a frozen plate. You then chop it all up really quickly, spread it into a thin layer, then using what looks like a filler knife scoop it into rolls. If you search on you tube there are loads of videos. There are a couple of people down south doing this, but I have not yet found anyone in my part of the country.

So, that is a bit of background about what it is....can anyone think of a name?? I have considered using the word 'roll' and came up with 'stop, chop and roll' or 'let the good times roll', but they're a bit naff really!

It took me ages to figure out cold samui...I was reading it as cold samurai!

Thanks for all your suggestions, so many that I'd not though of!! I considered going for something Thai, but then I don't plan on having Thai-style branding (does that matter?). I quite like the sound of ice aroi :)

Or the cream cats because I love cats and am destined to become a crazy cat lady...

I've read various things on how to name your business, and as well as making it fairly obvious what the product is, it should be easy enough to spell so people can find it online, would ice aroi be ok? It's obviously simple to spell but if you'd not seen it written down first..?

Any more ideas, keep 'em coming, they're great to read!

OOH glad you like The Cream Cats - no one else has that name yet either. It would make for lovely branding - picturing cream background, some lovely black pen illustration style stretchy cats.
