To ask for experience and solutions for adult spots and pimples ?

As a teenager I experienced spots mainly on my chin and t zone but now in my late 30s have pimples mainly over my t zone . I've tried various gels etc but they always come back Obviously I could go to my Gp but thought I'd ask here first if anyone has had troublesome spots as an adult and did you find anything that kept them away . I remember being able to get stronger creams years ago( oxy 10 helped) , but these don't seem to be available now .

Still get them at 53! Toothpaste on the bump sorts it out. That and a gentle face scrub every evening.

Joining thread for ideas! I have rosacea plus awful hormonal acne for a week every month :( have tried antibiotics which helped but made my ulcerative colitis flare up so they're a no go. Also tried topical AB cream and god knows how many products.

Just ordered some of the Nip and Fab pads for a last ditch try then might be back to the GP.

Since January I've been washing my face every night with Lush Ultrabland Cleanser followed by their coal face soap. And I've been using pixi glow tonic and alpha h liquid gold on occasion. I've seen so much difference in my skin!

Some moisturizers can cause spots. It worth looking out for some that say hyper-allergenic or anti-comogenic.
