I think that image is fake, but I completely concur with the sentiment!

Fake in that it wasn't actually written on a tube display but created using one of those websites.

I used to work fairly close to some 2005 sites, and you know what? The biggest slap on the face we can give ISIS is not to be cowed. On photoshopped images, someone on Facebook posted a totally fake image of a weather phenomenon in our local town. A DM equivalent picked it up and used it as a front page photo. They had to retract themselves and apologise.
The idiots had also used it without permission.
