I must admit I'm sitting here with a bit of a smug smile on my face.

But the bill is not dead. The vote has simply again been 'delayed'. When, how, or if it is re-submitted for a vote is anyone's guess.

Trump's batting 0 for 2 on his campaign promises. Trumpcare can't get the votes needed to pass and the Muslim Ban is facing a battle up to the Supreme Court. We'll see how he fares with The Wall and all those well-paying long term jobs he's promised his fans.
