AIBU to take a chicken poxed girl out to play

My DD will be 5 tomorrow & has had chicken pox for a week. Her party has been cancelled & we've been all home all week. She's a happy bunny now and all spots have crusted over apart from two deep stubborn ones on palms (which I feel would never get to the surface!). AIBU to pop to the park for a scoot...would an outdoors playground and DD in gloves be appropraite? Hmm

It's been a week.
All other spots are scabbed.

I think you are ok now.

A spot on palm likely wont scab because it's in such contact with everything she will constantly knock a scab off as it forms.

If all are stabbed I would.

Scabbed lol

Definitely go, she sounds much better and at least it's outside, but do be prepared for looks from other parents

Thanks for comments all. We'll get out but avoid playgrounds and people. We know a quiet place and we can hang out as a family in the Garden too...
