Does pretty much everyone here have children? Is it weird that I've joined but don't?

I don't have children and my MiL is lovely.

I'm blissfully childfree but here for the feminism, the running threads & the laughs.

I don't have children and I love it here, there's almost always something interesting/random to read. I'm on a few dog/veterinary fora but MN helps me switch off from work a bit, and DP likes it when I read out the funny bits Grin

I also don't have children, have been single for 3 years and parents died years ago but I love this site. It makes me laugh, think, roll my eyes and sometimes brings a tear but love reading a thread and getting a glass of wine and snacks because I know it's going to be extremely entertaining

I haven't got children, I got pulled in about 6 years ago, was looking for something on Google found a mumsnet thread about it. It's been so helpful over the years, especially when I had mental health problems.

Ultimately it's a chat place, there's so much on here not related to children. There's plenty to talk about and plenty of people who are parents who don't want to talk about parenting.

Joined under another name for research, loved it so much joined as a personal account. No kids and no plans to have any.

Bloody love it on here

PurpleDaisies · 16/03/2017 20:17

There are lots of people without children here. It's fine. Smile

ThePiglet59 · 16/03/2017 22:36

My kid are grown, I have a GS and another GS on the way.
Reading these threads makes me glad that I no longer have young kids.
Oh the horror! Smile

I don't have kids yet although hoping that will change soon. I do have a mother and father in law from hell though. I love mumsnet.

I fell across MN after I'd suffered a miscarriage and was struggling. I got so much suppport and help from people who are, in essence, total strangers. There are some great posts on here for people with or without kids!

OhSoggyBiscuit · 17/03/2017 04:45

This site seems to pop up on Google search results so much for random things (anything from trying to lose weight to stubborn stains to DIY) that it seems like a lot of it has nothing really to do with raising kids.
