At work yesterday someone asked me if I am on Facebook. I said yes, she said could her and my other colleague "borrow" my account to look something up. I said I would rather not (should just have said you can look stuff up on Facebook without having an account but it didn't occur to me 
). I then said I could look something up for her (wtf, don't know why I said that).
It turns out she wanted to see if rumours that a 3rd colleague had been on holiday with the boss were true. I then said I didn't want to do that (spy on someone I equally work with just as much as the colleague doing the asking).
1st colleague got the hump and said that someone else (the woman she directly works for who wasn't there yesterday) would have done what she asked.
She went off and found another colleague who did look all this up. Lady in question now in shock (as she put it) and bricking it, because she knows she has mega bitched about the big boss to the colleague who went on holiday with her.
So AIBU to think that I work in a stupid place (am temping), and WTF 
.
