Or is my cat possessed?

Any one else, since the storm (UK), had their cat go batshit?

She is racing round downstairs, yowling, running up the sofa, attacking the kid's Lego creation and generally being a pain in the arse.

Her sibling is comatose on the bed upstairs.

She is currently facing off to a large black and white mog, under the trampoline in the back garden. Mog (we call it he but it may be a she) is ever so slightly scared. Last night she was boinging around the house like a gazelle. Is it a tabby thing? Her B&W sibling is so chilled, never makes a sound except purring (why doesn't she meow?) and spends most of her time sleeping.

Definitely possessed.

I swear my cat is haunted just now. We only had snow on Wednesday so not really stormy. She's been this way for about a week - spayed, gets outdoors....she's just haunted right now 😂

My youngest cat was going potty with the wind, wouldn't come downstairs at first as was so freaked out and then when the wind died down she was going crazy and running round like a loon (pissing my other cat off in the process).

Shes calmed down now, thankfully.

I want your cat!

My Yorkie went crazy in the garden too. Not just cats.

CantChoose · 25/02/2017 09:17

My cat has been a monster all week. Only settled down yesterday. I'd put it down to too long indoors over last weekend but if all yours have been at it too it's obviously some kind of conspiracy...

Rugbyplayersarehot · 25/02/2017 09:25

Mind you all cats are possessed. Mine spagged me yesterday while I was taking of the skin of a chicken thigh for her tea and I apologised to her saying 'sorry darling was mummy too slow with your food'

Ffs!

Maybe it's a ghost? Grin
Your cat is utterly adorable!

Dahlietta · 25/02/2017 11:01

Aw, I thought you had one of those properly evil cats you meet sometimes. There's one stalks the gardens around here, but is seldom sighted. I agree you are just boasting about your utterly beautiful cat Wink

roseteapot101 · 25/02/2017 11:15

hahaha i think a lot of people ask that, my cat seemed to have great fun at the height of the wind. She was jumping up scratching at the window as the leaves danced across it

Totally LadyPW Grin

Yeah cats generally don't like wind. The saying in our house is "They don't like it up em!"

Londonjam · 25/02/2017 12:06

So cute OP!

Whispers
Barbara My cats do that too. See the rain out the front door, walk to back door, see rain there too, give me a dirty look like "You did this, now make it stop." and when it doesn't stop they walk away in disgust.

This is my cat too 😂

MERLYPUSSEDOFF · 27/02/2017 09:52

My DN dog woke her up early yesterday to play in the wind. It's very windy here and today it's lashing down. They've both been out, got drenched, and are drying off on the window sill/ fish tank.

(tabby dobbed DT1 on the bum last night as he deigned to walk past her in his pants. She is a horror!)
