To ask you about Ugg Wilcox Boots

MN recommendation and currently half price at Ugg - can you tell me if these will be ideal/warm enough to visit New York in December? A friend went last year and absolutely froze which partly spoiled it for her. Thinking these may be a good buy? Also would they suit a shortish person do you think?! And what do you wear with them? Be grateful for advice. Apologies for posting here but usually lots of traffic.

Thanks for your advice - they are all packed up, in the car and ready to go but I will rescue them and smuggle them back inside when DH goes to work! I feel so naughty (shouldn't really, work full time)

Mine are squeaky too but I quite like it. On my original Wilcox thread someone was going to WD40 them but I don't know if she did....

Hi Bewty - they are hidden in the depths of my rather crowded wardrobe.....DH is colour blind and I don't think he will realise I have kept the black ones. Thing is, I have a conscience so will probably confess at the weekend after a few glasses of something fizzy....!

Mine just arrived now, they're lovely - really cosy! Bit late to buy warm boots really but they'll be good next year.

Gutted I didn't leave it another week before ordering! I thought £80 was a bargain but £45 is ridiculously cheap. Wore my black ones today and love them! Also, I have a squeak in the left one!!!
