To ask; does anyone else have anxiety going into work for no reason

For the past few days I have felt sick with anxiety going into work and at work. There is no logical reason for it; I'm not overworked or have anyone bullying me. But I feel completely panicky and can't concentrate on anything.

Yes I get this, I generally enjoy my job but have actually been sick with anxiety before going in, but once there I'm fine. I am a home body though and would rather be home than anywhere. I'm sorry so many suffer too, but it's reassuring that I'm not alone. Going back after a holiday is a nightmare, I stress for at least two days before going back.
