What has made you smile or laugh today?

Told DD (2) earlier that when she was a baby she lived in my tummy. She laughed, shook her head and said "You're so funny, Mummy."

Typing that it's not so funny Made me laugh though!

We were all very tired and sad to be back at work this afternoon, I found an almond that looked like a tiny clog and we were away. Not funny at all but we were in stitches. Office life does that to you I guess.

Went to see La LaLand. Laughed because I thought how on earth has that won Best Film?! It was 'meh' at the least. I think it's a case of the Emperor's New Clothes!

Saw a teenaged boy cycling along a local cycling path with his headphones on. He was dancing with great joy and abandon with his upper body while pedalling away.

He just looked so happy!

My 5yo dd sticking her finger in her ear and declaring 'that was a big one'. I asked her what was, she said it was a giant ear wack 😂 Because obviously the plural is earwacks!
And while putting her to bed she asked if I could try and pull her tooth out, it's hanging by a thread and annoying her. I tried, it hurt, so she screamed 'you should never do that to children!' 😂 Felt bad, but she did ask!!
