Almost got suckered in till I realised they were offering deals which couldn't possibly be true and the only contact given was an email. Have reported to trading standards and just wanted to warn others really

There was an article in the Guardian yesterday (www.theguardian.com/money/2017/jan/30/e-scooters-scoots-off-with-600-heard-nothing) about a site 'selling' e-scooters. They only took payment by bank transfer. It did not end well. Sounds a lot like this one.

I came across the carseat one I few weeks ago and actually contemplated using it! However never got round to it thank god. It had a slightly different layout then though. After seeing this thread thought I'd have another look and low and behold they are identical

Namechangedtoprotectidentity · 31/01/2017 12:15

Thanks all. Rosetea I think I am pretty clued up, that's why I've already reported the site to Trading Standards and posted on here to warn others. I bet the site will magically disappear any time now and probably pop up tomorrow called something else! Sarahnova I've never used trust pilot but thanks for the tip, will look into that.

I'm honestly amazed at the people saying they would use these sites. Even without all the rest of it, do you really think you're going to get a £250 car seat for £40?

kissmybumandsaychumchum · 31/01/2017 12:19

See also irlpushchairs.com same scammers....

SecretNutellaFix · 31/01/2017 12:28

Those details are being used for a shedload of companies

Norhandbags.com
Bestsneakers.us
and are linked with 294 domains.

BillyButtfuck · 31/01/2017 12:45

Their FAQ page is shocking

LunaLoveg00d · 31/01/2017 12:49

That FAQ page is spun - they've taken someone else's FAQ page and used "spinning" software to change enough words for it not to come up as duplicated content in Google searches. (Duplicated content on websites means they rank lower down google search pages).

As for the prices, if it seems too good to be true...

alpacawhacker · 31/01/2017 13:28

That is not a smart or decent website! It's utterly basic!

Ollielilysmummy · 01/02/2017 20:40

I literally was looking for a buggy on this site and thought it seemed too good to be true so I searched reviews on that site and came across this thread! I knew my instincts were right! Thanks guys

MelOrSue · 01/02/2017 21:13

That's good you found this thre. It helps bump the thread too. Pushchairs.me.uk Hmm

Namechangedtoprotectidentity · 01/02/2017 22:46

I'm so pleased someone found this when they needed it. I was really surprised there wasn't already a MN thread when I first saw the website yesterday. I was actually looking for a Graco Evo Mini (to take on hol) and the price was about £68, which seemed like a bargain but not totally unreasonable..... then I noticed an OutNAbout twin V4 for £197 or something and thought WTF Shock!!!

I emailed through there contact us section, and gmail could deliver it. They tried for 48 hours to redeliver but to no avail. Thank god I thought twice about putting my card details in!!
