pick scabs and eat them then lick the wound if I can.
Used to have a tin full of scabs.
Can go for days not washing-1 week was the longest and I stank from a combination of not washing my hair-sweaty and greasy and my nether region stank from not wiping and the gusset in my underwear turned black with a strong ammonia smell.
I sit with my hands down my underwear when I've had a good clean and fiddle with my labia then sniff my fingers.

I also clean my dogs crusty eyes and he likes to sniff it but i dont let him eat it. I will on occassion eat something, offer some to the dog from my fork or spoon and continue eating from it myself. Hes a pretty clean dog, doesnt lick his arse or eat poop, that would probably put my off sharing my cutlery with him 😂😂

She wasn't called Sarah by any chance was she? One of my ex-colleagues would pick her scalp & eat it from under her nail, especially when she was concentrating. I also saw her eating bits from her ears and eyes. I think she was totally oblivious or maybe she'd become so used to doing it she forgot she was in an office.
