So a friend has given me her recipe for fishcakes which she insists are the BEST ever.
I love a good fishcake, I really do, but am frequently disappointed in bought ones, so thought I would give hers a go since they are so recommended.
The recipe says to fry them, but to be honest, I can't be arsed.
Lots of ready made fishcakes are ovenbake rather than fry.
Is there a difference between a cake made for frying and one made for baking?
Thanks for any advice
